1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are only accepted for clones that arrive damaged due to shipping or handling.
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• This return policy is exclusively for retail stores and does not apply to customer returns. Retailers are responsible for handling their own customer return policies.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Clones that did not sell, or have exceeded their optimal shelf life (approximately 10 days from delivery) are not eligible for return or credit.
3. Return Process & Credit
• Returns are only accepted for clones that arrive damaged due to shipping or handling.
• Approved returns will be issued as a credit toward a future order; no cash or refunds will be given.
• Clones must be returned in their original condition unless otherwise approved by our team.
